The user gets the Local Administrator permission level after they sign in to their device the second time after you assign the permission level.Ĭhanging a user's permission level from Local Administrator to Standard User isn't supported on Windows 10, version 1803. Select Local Administrator to assign users local administrative permissions.Otherwise, no accounts will be in the Local administrator group. If you choose this option, enter at least one account in the Give local administrative access field (described in the next step). Select Standard User to assign users standard accounts without administrative permissions.To set the user's account permissions (requires GCPW):.Under Manage local administrative access to devices, select Enabled from the list of items.Otherwise, select a child organizational unit. To apply the setting to everyone, leave the top organizational unit selected.On the left, click Mobile & endpoints Settings Windows settings.
